Okay, Girlfriends! It's Susan Branch Calendar time again! Another year of home-made inspiration from the Heart of the Home. We're proud to present this much anticipated, 12-month, water-colored and hand-written celebration of the wonderful little things that make life sweet - wit and wisdom, delicious recipes and charm grace every page. This 2024, 7" x 7" (7" x 14" open), mini wall calendar is a top-selling format and has twelve artistically-designed pages that coordinate with each calendar grid plus a thirteenth spread featuring a view of years 2025, 2025 and 2026 and an open notes page for those important contact numbers or future planning. Printed on premium matte paper that works great with either a pen or pencil.
We process orders daily Monday through Friday and are shipped in the order we receive them. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from the Indianapolis metropolitan area via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using standard shipping speeds.
You will be sent a tracking # via email/messenger/sms (whatever you selected as your preferred method at checkout.) Check your spam folder!
If your order says it shipped via AUS POST - use the tracking number at FedEx.com. Please be patient, there can be a lag between scans - meaning it may appear your package isn't moving. It is. :) Thanks! Delivery dates provided by the carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not issue refunds for delayed shipments, as once it leaves our building it is out of our control.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, order cancellations must be done within 2 hours of purchase, otherwise we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot reimburse for any return shipping. If you do in fact wish to return a new/unused item - it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not take returns of defective merchandise. We will replace items that have been damaged. If your item is no longer available, we will offer a refund.
In the event there is an error (wrong date, omissions, misspelling) on your calendar, while we appreciate the feedback we do not provide replacements for what is a mere humanly mistake - believe it or not REAL people make our products. These issues likely do not render the product unusable, rather a teachable moment for us all to slow down, take a breath and realize that mistakes do (unfortunately) occasionally happen.
