Straightforward without the extra fluff, our 12-month, academic year professional desk pad features a no-nonsense design! Monthly tear-off pages boast clean lines and simple design with large calendar grids of ample writing space for daily appointments, to-dos and reminders as well as a reference of the previous and upcoming months. Spanning the July 2023 - June 2024 academic year, the monthly themed desk pad is made with high quality, thick paper allowing for smooth writing and easy erasing as we know plans often change. The landscape-oriented calendar measures 22" (w) x 17" (h) and can either lay flat on a desk or has drilled holes to hang on the wall. Boxes measure 2.5" (w) x 2.9" (h). The desk pad includes corner protectors and is fully recyclable!
We process orders daily Monday through Friday and are shipped in the order we receive them. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from the Indianapolis metropolitan area via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using standard shipping speeds.
You will be sent a tracking # via email/messenger/sms (whatever you selected as your preferred method at checkout.) Check your spam folder!
If your order says it shipped via AUS POST - use the tracking number at FedEx.com. Please be patient, there can be a lag between scans - meaning it may appear your package isn't moving. It is. :) Thanks! Delivery dates provided by the carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not issue refunds for delayed shipments, as once it leaves our building it is out of our control.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, order cancellations must be done within 2 hours of purchase, otherwise we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot reimburse for any return shipping. If you do in fact wish to return a new/unused item - it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not take returns of defective merchandise. We will replace items that have been damaged. If your item is no longer available, we will offer a refund.
In the event there is an error (wrong date, omissions, misspelling) on your calendar, while we appreciate the feedback we do not provide replacements for what is a mere humanly mistake - believe it or not REAL people make our products. These issues likely do not render the product unusable, rather a teachable moment for us all to slow down, take a breath and realize that mistakes do (unfortunately) occasionally happen.
