Designed for up to seven family members, the Parent Planner calendar includes a time-saving and unique feature of only having to write in your family members’ names once for the entire year! The monthly calendar grids are displayed over two pages and measure 24" (h) x 12" (w) when fully open. The lined, daily grid space is both vertically displayed and rectangular, making it very easy to record multiple appointments when life gets busy. This 12-month 2023 calendar has a clean, kraft design, plus a bonus thirteenth spread of a 4-month view of January 2024 - April 2024 for future planning and a lined contact and notes page. Color-coordinated stickers included for appointments, birthdays and other important occasions. Printed on premium matte paper that works great with either a pen or pencil.
We process orders daily Monday through Friday and are shipped in the order we receive them. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from the Indianapolis metropolitan area via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using standard shipping speeds.
You will be sent a tracking # via email/messenger/sms (whatever you selected as your preferred method at checkout.) Check your spam folder!
If your order says it shipped via AUS POST - use the tracking number at FedEx.com. Please be patient, there can be a lag between scans - meaning it may appear your package isn't moving. It is. :) Thanks! Delivery dates provided by the carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not issue refunds for delayed shipments, as once it leaves our building it is out of our control.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, order cancellations must be done within 2 hours of purchase, otherwise we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot reimburse for any return shipping. If you do in fact wish to return a new/unused item - it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not take returns of defective merchandise. We will replace items that have been damaged. If your item is no longer available, we will offer a refund.
In the event there is an error (wrong date, omissions, misspelling) on your calendar, while we appreciate the feedback we do not provide replacements for what is a mere humanly mistake - believe it or not REAL people make our products. These issues likely do not render the product unusable, rather a teachable moment for us all to slow down, take a breath and realize that mistakes do (unfortunately) occasionally happen.
