Shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot reimburse for any return shipping. We do not take returns of defective merchandise. We will replace items that have been damaged. If your item is no longer available, we will offer a refund.
In the event there is an error (wrong date, omissions, misspelling) on your calendar, while we appreciate the feedback we do not provide replacements for what is a mere humanly mistake - believe it or not REAL people make our products.
