We process orders daily Monday through Friday and are shipped in the order we receive them. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from the Indianapolis metropolitan area via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using standard shipping speeds.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, order cancellations must be done within 2 hours of purchase, otherwise we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot reimburse for any return shipping. We do not take returns of defective merchandise. We will replace items that have been damaged. If your item is no longer available, we will offer a refund.
In the event there is an error (wrong date, omissions, misspelling) on your calendar, while we appreciate the feedback we do not provide replacements for what is a mere humanly mistake - believe it or not REAL people make our products.
